• The right to abandon a contract is the right of consumers and users to leave a subscribed contract without effect, while notifying same to the other party to the contract within the timeframe specified for the exercise of this right without being bound to justify their decision and without any penalty of any kind.

• In the event of not having established a timeframe within which the purchaser may abandon the contract, said timeframe shall be seven days.
