AESAN’s National Centre for Food (CNA) was the venue for the opening of the Workshops on Food Testing aimed at laboratories involved in official food safety control in Spain. The Workshops, organised by the CNA, as National Reference Laboratory, will attract almost 180 people from practically every autonomous region as well as from other state laboratories. The Workshops, which run from 8 to 11 June 2010, aim to provide a forum for the exchange of knowledge on advances in analytical methods in food control, as well as the criteria to be applied in control systems.
