The objectives of nodoAESAN include:
- Making a census of the public and private institutions that carry out
activities in the field of food safety and nutrition.
- To enhance and promote contact and relations among these institutions,
creating a framework of scientific-technical co-operation in the field of food
safety and nutrition.
The objective of this is to:
- Mobilise public and private institutional resources in the event of a food
crisis.
- Promote and strengthen the integration of laboratories in food control
programmes.
- Provide support to the Scientific Committee of the AESAN
- Exchange knowledge and create discussion forums concerning food safety and
nutrition.
